Swain Rework
Have swain have abilites like jayce. He turns into a bird and has three different abilities than his human form. I can’t think of those abilities for both forms though. Anyone have ideas?

Unlikely to happen, at least not with the same mechanic like:
These champions proved to be huge balance problems in the past, it is fairly hard to balance a champion correctly, who has 6 abilities instead of 4 available at any given time.
Riot is still doing shapeshifter champions, but look at the recent trend. Usually, these champions don't have a button to change their form at will anymore.
Has his rage bar. He has 2 different kits, but he doesn't have as much control over his forms like the other 3. He has to manage his rage, then gets his Mega Gnar skills for some time and is locked out of them afterwards for quite some time.
Basically having different forms in his kit, but not able to alternate between them. He has to decide which form he wants to use and is dedicated to that form for the rest of the game.
I don't see them returning to the "shapeshifting at will" concept anytime soon.
I hope it has a lot of tactics in his kit because it would match his title “master tactician”. It would be cool if he has different abilities in raven form and he an form too.
