Atma's armor is less armor and more skin. When his armor was forged, it required immense heat to melt the metal which forms it. Each piece was then installed on his body while still white hot causing it to fuse to his skin. The incredible weight of his armor weighs him down preventing quick or fluid movement and he is cursed to live within for the rest of his life, but he has a near impervious shell which is resistant to armor penetration. As a giant, he shares his species innate ability to grow indeterminately as he becomes stronger. His armor was cursed to grow with him so he could never escape. Although the suit was intended to be his tomb and weigh him down and immobilize him, but his strength allows him to move, although with major limitations.

In order to exact revenge on his enemies and those who imprisoned him in his iron tomb, he did the only thing he knew to do. To kill his captors Atma needed an unstoppable weapon to match his unstoppable armor. Atma went to the top of Mount Targon to retrieve a boulder and fashioned it into the head of spear. The shaft he carved from a fallen tree. The result was a spear of gargantuan size that no person could even lift except Atma himself.

Burden - Atma's spear is so large that even he cannot weild it efficiently. In addition it can never be sharpened. Atma does not gain bonus attack speed nor benefit from Critical Strike. Instead he gains bonus AD based on his bonus health.

Blunt Force - Atma musters all his strength to swing his sword. On his next attack Atma will crush his target with his heavy blade dealing 2.00/2.25/2.50/2.75/3.00 x AD physical damage.

Quake - Atma heaves his spear down dealing physical damage in a line and cracks the ground. Enemies who walk over the destroyed terrain have their movement speed slowed.

Continuum - Atma gains charges of Continuum over time. Each cast of Contiuum causes 1 of 3 spells to ocurr. The spells are cast in order every time. Deal physical damage

1st cast - Atma drags his spear across the ground knocking enemies directly in front him him back. 2nd Cast- Atma swings his spear over head dealing damage in a circle around him. 3rd Cast- Atma thrusts his spear in a line.

Giant's Strength - (Passive) Atma grows in size gaining bonus maximum health and his basic attacks cleave dealing a percentage of the total damage. (Active) Atma becomes enraged and gains bonus AD based on his missing health. While active this drains his health, but enemies hit by the tip of his spear take bonus damage.

This guy seems like he would be a good Juggernaut, he just needs a way to heal himself (probably, most juggernauts have that).

But hey, more importantly, I think you should refine your presentation. Don't rush it, treat your champ like a work of art, and try to be detailed while still being brief, so people can clearly understand what you mean but don't need to read a lot. You didn't write a lot, to be clear, but I feel like it needs some polish. I think he sounds interesting, but personally I want to know more about who he is and how these abilities work exactly.

Try to work on that lore you've already started building, and make sure you can see how a player would want to use all of his abilities together to do things like farm, engage, disengage, fight in a teamfight or in a duel, and other things like that. A champ doesn't need to excel in all of these regards. If your champ is a juggernaut his engage and disengage don't need to be great, for example. But you should be able to see how they'll use all of their abilities and passive to accomplish what they're good at. For a basic example, we got Garen. He has basic abilities - they don't need to be super complex in interacting with one another - but they come together to form his identity. HIs Q is his engage, not a great one, but good enough. It also let's him lock down an opponent through his silence. His E is his main damage source, little more. His W helps him weather the storm he's surely running straight into. And his ult let's him secure that kill. His passive let's him rinse and repeat once he exits combat for a bit

Then there's more complicated people, like Qiyana. We could write a dissertation on Qiyana, but basically, you have a Q that is her main source of damage, which she can reset with her W dash (if I remember correctly), which makes it her main source of damage over an assassination with her passive. Her W also serves as a way of chasing, dodging, and running away, with limited use due to its short range. Her E is her main form of engage and that's all, so she has to use her W cleverly to disengage. Her Q's various forms allows her to basically have a variety of basic abilities on longer cooldowns. And her Ult lets her lockdown a target. But the complexities of how all these abilities interact together make her her, and give her basic abilities she needs to be an assassin, namely, engage, disengage, and burst damage.

In Atma's case, I feel like he has damage out the wazoo, but he lacks other important aspects of a juggernaut - my main comparison since that seems to fit your lore. Generally speaking, I think you should alter his abilities in favor of giving him mainly two things: a form of major defense/sustain (think of Garen's W shield or Darius's Q heal), and an engage tool. Quake might work for the latter, depending on how it's used. I suggest, though, making it so he cleaves the ground, knocking enemies aside and creating a brief wall between each side, that way you divide the terrain and can lock down a target for a bit. A juggernaut typically doesn't have a very good engage anyway. Though I would a short dash to go with that ability so that he can reposition to a different angle. As for the defense/sustain, I would like to point out that his armor doesn't seem to play enough of a role in his kit, despite kinda defining him in your lore. So give him an ability that makes uses it too. No suggestions there from me though, I don't have any interesting ideas.

Any way, I hope all that helps. I am just another league player so I can't say that what I'm saying is right, but I feel like if you consider all of this you'll be well on your way to making more compete champions. I have plenty of ideas of my own that I want to make posts about, maybe you'll see them in the future. Part of the reason I wanted to go into so much detail to explain all this to you is because I've spent a lot of time thinking of it myself, and if you are in a position like mine I'm more than happy to help. All that said, I think you just need to flesh im out. It's a good name for sure.
