Omega Squad Heimerdinger

I opine that we desperately need to add to the culmination of awesome that is Omega Squad Teemo and in the spirit of champs that many people also think is annoying to play against I put forth a vote for Omega Squad Heimerdinger. Surely this technologically tilted tinkering technician would tend toward Teemo's team of tactical terror. I am not, unfortunately, artistically talented but surely in the spirit of the original Omega Squad skin a team at RIOT can continue this line of skins for Yordle champions.
