Ke-Nu-Ah (Champion Concept.) Honest thoughts?

Ke-Nu-Ah is a concept I've toyed with for a while. And here is the outline. Jungle Role AD+AP

Visually I was thinking a verticle standing very skinny demon, dark color palate, scales, horns, red eyes, the works. Just a stereotypical demon.

For the kit, he would be melee, with semi ranged abilities. Nothing longer than a gangplank barrel can be placed.

{PASSIVE} Ke-Nu-Ah gains stacks for every enemy champion killed under the effect of her Q. Granting her 10 AD and 10 AP per stack.

{Q} Hollowed Spirit Ke-Nu-Ah casts a lessor demon in a line, fearing and slowing the target hit for (1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2.0) seconds. Increases damage dealt TO this target by (5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%) for the duration. Slow is static valued at 20%. Range: 600 Cost: 50, 60, 70, 80 90 Mana

{W} Captivate Creates a zone lasting 4 seconds that reduces damage dealt BY those inside it by 15%, Deals (25, 50, 75, 100, 150) damage per second.(+40% AP scaling) Range: 800 AOE: 300 Cost: 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 Mana

{E} Playful Deceit Allows you to pass through terrain for 3 seconds and grants (10, 15, 20, 25, 30%) movement speed. PASSIVE: Increases attack speed based on critical strike chance. Range: Self Cast Cost: 80 Mana at all levels

**{R} Empowering Seance ** Ke-Nu-Ah creates a large warp around herself lasting 8 seconds, lessor demons swarm, slowing all enemies inside the area by 35%. Enemies that stay inside are dealt 15, 20, 25(+5 damage increase per second they remain inside) damage ticks by half second.(+75% AD & AP Scaling) Range: Self Cast Cost: 100, 125, 150 Mana (If this confuses you, think of it like how swains ult costs. the costs scales with time, the damage with this ult would as well.)

Base Stats: Health - 550 Mana - 355 AD - 20 AtkSpeed: 0.70 AP - 26 Armor - 32 Magic Resist - 32

Let me know what you think, I plan to post more of these as i think of new ideas. Let me know why you do, or don't like the idea of this champion and provide feedback! I'm very interested in what you have to say. The intent was to make a champion you could build many different ways without one really overshining the other. Maybe we will see Ke-Nu-Ah in a game soon?

I'd like if he had an actual passive and you moved the current passive to the q. P: needs to be enemy champions to not be broken. Q:fears have an inbuilt slow(not sure the % though. The damage amp could work but riots been unable to balance it. Since it's a skillshot i think it's fine as is though. W:self targeted aoe? Might need some scaling if you want to make an infinty stacking champ. My preference is it only affects damage to champs so it's not a farm screwer. E: like the ganking mechanic. R: scaling again.

I like the concept you have but it seems to have too much going on without alot of cohesion. Q and e work well together but w and ult might need tweaking.

It's very bland and has no novel ideas or original abilities with unqiue effects. There's little in the way of thematic cohesion within the kit. It just seems like you arbitrarily chose a few basic effects and tacked on a demon aesthetic. You should focus more on trying to find a definite niche and playstyle for your champion other than stand still and hope enemies come near you, which isn't likely since you have a fear. Most of the abilities are lesser versions of existing ones, and they do not synergize with each other.
