Pre-Ordering From the Store

What if we could pre-order things from the store, i.e if Pyke is coming out next patch, give us the ability to buy him the instance he's on the store, even if we're offline. Or if you have 5000 be and need 6300 for a champ you could lock them so when you DO earn that 6300 like after a game from a mission you get that champ immediately.
