This is a champion concept I came up with by thinking of something I'd really like to play. Feel free to leave feedback, comments and up-vote if you like it! Keep in mind all stats are estimated values based on looking at other champion's ranges since I'm not good at math like that and all reference images used are NOT owned by me and I do not claim them as mine. Thanks and enjoy!

Okori- Name Meaning: Origin (also means 'power of Mother Nature')

Lore:

Okori is a nine tailed fox (kitsune) born in the forest of southern Ionia. He is the older brother of Ahri.Ahri Following in the tracks of his younger sibling, Okori absorbed the life essence of a wandering traveler to partially transform into his part human part fox state. He tracked his sister from afar in hopes of keeping an eye on her and seeking out some adventure a long the way out of the restrictions of their home. He had always been in tune with nature. He developed his arcane & natural gifts further when he tracked his sister to the Institute of War and Runeterra's many talented mages. After a short time among a few he was allowed to continue on following his sister into The League of Legends. After all what was one more adventure before reuniting with sister?

Champion: Okori is a ranged, utility mage/support. His tails change appearance based on the last elemental ability he casts at full stacks. (Brownish tails with Essence of Earth, Fire red ones with Essence of Fire, bluish grey ones with Essence of Water, and white ones for Essence of Air)

Some of the base stats I imagine to be along the lines of this..

Base Move Speed: 330 Base Health: 510.4 (+78 per level) Base Mana: 330 (+48 per level)

Abilities:

Passive: Arcane Magic: Okori's ranged base attack (looks like little magic fire balls) puts stacks or magical charges on the enemy champion hit. This shows up as little magic elemental orbs that float around their waist (kind of like Ahri's Fox Fire w). Once the enemy has collected 5 stacks of arcane magic the 6th base attack causes the orbs to detonate in a cloud of magic dealing a small amount of true damage (30 Damage at each of his levels up to level 6, 60 Damage at his levels up to 11 and 90 Damage at his levels up to 18) and whatever ability is cast next gets a bonus effect.

Essence of Fire (Q): Okori shoots a projectile of fire out to enemies in a straight line. The fire deals damage to all enemies struck 70/110/150/190/230 (+ 50%AP). This damage is reduced for each enemy hit after the first hit. Bonus effect: If he has full stacks of Arcane Magic on an enemy, Essence of Fire also gains 10% magic penetration and deals additional damage equal to 6% of their max health per second for the next 3 seconds.

Essence of Water (W): Okori splashes a water imbued orb onto an enemy or ally to heal. If cast on an enemy champion he drains their life essence. This deals 50/80/110/140/170 to enemies each second and heals him for 50/55/60/65/70% of the damage dealt. This lasts 3 seconds. If he casts this on an ally he transfers some of his own life essence to the ally to heal them for 100/130/160/190/220 +50% ap. Like Soraka this cannot be cast on an ally if Okori is below 5% health.** Bonus effect:** Damage to enemies and heal for self or transferred heal to allies is increased.

Essence of Air (E): Okori empowers himself or an ally with air. Feeling lighter than air he or his ally gains a movement speed boost of 30/35/40/45/50% for 1.5 seconds. Bonus effect: Duration of the speed boost is increased to 3 seconds.

**Essence of Earth (R): ** Okori calls upon the forces in the Earth to rain an avalanche of boulders over a target area. If the boulders hit an enemy while falling they slow and deal 55/100/145 (+ 20%AP) magic damage to all enemies struck for 4 seconds. **Bonus effect: **Boulders stun you instead of slowing for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 second(s) in addition to dealing additional damage within the area. 60/105/150 (+20%AP)

As far as the pictures below, I posted them as some visual idea/examples. The base appearance would be the long red hair and tails, the base clothes would be along the lines of the shirtless male with the slightly torn pants and hood but with beige, red and green colors sporting the blue, threaded tie for the belt. The image of the full fox kitsune's is an example of the different elements and corresponding colors the tails would change to when the abilities were cast with the max stacks on them.

Thanks for reading and as mentioned before please leave comments and feedback letting me know what you think.

Seems like a very strong champion design. It's about time we got another kitsune. Now we just need another Ursine. I very much enjoy this champion. I could see her being a very good harass mage as well as an aggressive support bot lane. Well done 8.5 out of 10.item 3115 OP on Okori.

[1:55:06 PM] I AM THE PUPPY [Eliwan]: lolwat [1:55:09 PM] I AM THE PUPPY [Eliwan]: 150 damage at level 1 [1:55:50 PM] I AM THE PUPPY [Eliwan]: The E's bonus effect is contradictory to the passive [1:55:57 PM] I AM THE PUPPY [Eliwan]: The E says that if it is casted with full stacks.. [1:56:02 PM] I AM THE PUPPY [Eliwan]: But the stacks of the passive build on the enemy.

The Q, as well-- 18% of target's max HP?

Some of your numbers are really off the mark, but the kit itself is rather solid.

It'd be much nicer, though, if you could offer some additional details on how you see the character playing out in the course of a match-- it will be much better and much more useful, because descrepancies between what is written on the kit and your vision can be found, and you can as a result determine what edits you really want to make.

I have to agree with Elphrihaim. The numbers are way off and simply "being bad" at numbers is no excuse. If you're going to write a concept or do any project for that matter, you should do your due diligence. That is, research the current standard on concept writing with regards to champions in league. Compare your numbers accordingly and then finalize your concept. It really doesn't take too long to do that. If your goal is mainly for visualizing, well you should still consider getting your numbers accurate due to the fact that many people will be turned off by the numbers alone. Obviously you want your concept to get the attention it needs so I suggest fixing your numbers first.

I do not have any suggestions as to how you can fix your numbers sorry.

As to the concept itself, it is interesting but the kit is very similar to Sona's. You got the damaging Q, passive, Healing W, Move speed E, and stunning Ult.
