Elle: The Electric Guitarist

Lore: Elle was a boy living in Ionia. Inspired by the music of Sona, Elle practiced with guitar to make music like hers. But a cheap copy of her music would never be better then it. So, Elle tried a different genera of music. Elle made rock music, hoping people would like it as much as Sona's music. But, nobody seemed to be a big fan of his music. Elle needed something, he wanted an instrument as special as Sona's and give the audience some special effects. He went to an old family friend who was rather skilled in magic. Elle asked him if he could make his guitar special. The old man agreed to his old friends request and pulled a strange bottle from his cabinet. He pointed it at the guitar and popped the bottle open. A bright light erupted from the bottle and transformed the guitar. Elle looked at his new guitar and smiled. He played one of his songs and while he played the notes, lightning danced around him, it was a beautiful sight to see. The old man told Elle how hard it was to get that bottle and that Elle better be the best musician in all of Ruinterra to repay him. Grateful for his old friends help he promised to achieve that goal and will play music for all of Ruinterra to hear and see.

Abilities:

Passive) Ecstatic: Every enemy unit Elle kills, he gains attack speed and movement speed 15%, 30%, 45%. For 2 seconds.

Q) Solo Strike: passive: Elle's basic attacks deal 20, 30, 40, 50, 60% AP bonus damage. active: Elle blasts a bolt of lightning from the end of his guitar in a target direction damaging all enemy units

W) Shocking Finally: Elle jumps a short distance in a target direction and slams his guitar on the ground, making a shock wave that goes out in a cone that damages all enemy units by 50, 70, 90, 110, 130(+75%AP).

E) Stunning Show: Elle plays his guitar shooting a bolt of lightning in a target direction, damaging the first enemy hit by 45, 55, 65, 75, 85(+80%AP) and stunning them for 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3 seconds.

R) Electric Encore: Elle starts playing an electrifying song that will summon a lightning strike in a targeted area that will damage all enemy units inside for 50, 100, 150 every .50 seconds they are in the lightning strike area. They are also slowed by 30, 50, 70% while in the area.
