Pix! Kill Them! Lulu now has a more demented shaco based personality and Pix has turned completely red or could turn into a floating skull while Lulu has OT's colored clothing and turns enemies into more terrifying shadow animals.

Lets be honest, this should be at least legendary for the mistreated girl, take Noxus Poppy's looks, make Poppy start talking as if she no longer cares for sides with a sad depressed side that won't stop mentioning her father's death and replace her hammer with something sharper or more dangerous.
