@RiotKateyKhaos Panda Teemo

I have a new Teemo strategy I want to try, but Panda Teemo is still disabled, and the base in comparison is just so bad. It's been like this for at least 10 days (Since February 11 at least) and it's unacceptable to have this go unfixed for so long. Can you please say something about what is going on? This is one of my favorite skins and it sucks to not be able to play it for so long. TY.
