Ok, if there's enough positive feed back, ill try to make a kit for this guy. He's been rattling around in my head for a long time now, and I want to see what people thought about this kind of style

The Archetype would be Light and Darkness, in which the champ could freely switch in between the two for contrasting play styles.

The weapons of choice for this guy would be a floating robe, well more like an obi actually, and the other is him using his shadow to attack his foes. Not like the zed shadows where they mimic his skills, the kind where his shadow materializes in a physical state and can affect its surroundings.

And the big part of him, he can utilize 2 active ult's.

It would depend on the different ults. If they were dramatically different then no, because you might accidentally use one ult when you meant to use the other, if it was a minor difference then it might work.

One of my favorite character of Final Fantasy was Cecil Harvey. And this kinda reminds me of him. So I'm positive.

The concept sounds interesting, but honestly I don't think there's enough information here :( If you could flesh it out more, then maybe we could give more accurate feedback?
