Ah yes, when someone is trying to learn the game we make it harder for them. Sounds solid.
Had that in the early days of league. Never again.
But why? You have no clue if that person is just having a bad match. Maybe they just arent performing well. Shit happens.
If they play poorly, then they get flamed ore and win less. Less IP Already have it man chill.
