This is my idea for an AD Offtank half-giant champion based off of one of my OCs, so there isnt any direct name issue. Elegaunt is a working name and doesnt have to be final.

[Q] "Bull Punch" - Elegaunt surges forward up to 250D, striking the first enemy unit with a savage punch that inflicts 20/45/70/95/120 (+100% AD) physical damage and knocking the target back 200 - 500D based on their missing HP. This damage value can critically strike, but does not apply Sheen effects. [Mana] 75 [CD] 14

[W] "Intimidation" - Elegaunt picks up an enemy minion or small creature on initial cast and carries it for up to 4s, being unable to use other spells or basic attacks at this time. If recast within 4s, Elegaunt throws the minion to the cursor, inflicting 70/115/160/205/250 (+75% Bonus AD) physical damage on the held minion and all other enemies in a 150D area. If the held minion/creature is slain, all other damaged enemies are Terrified for 1.5s. [Mana] 60/65/70/75/80 [CD] 16

[E] "Mood Swing" - Elegaunt passively receives 0.7/1/1.3/1.6/1.9 bonus Armor and Magic Resist per 5% missing HP for 5s after taking any damage source (in combat). On toggle, Elegaunt instead receives 1.75/2.5/3.25/4/4.75% bonus Attack Speed per 5% missing HP for 5s after applying any damage source (in combat). [CD] 4

[R] "Anger Management" - Elegaunt receives a shield worth 10/12.5/15% Max HP for up to 5s plus 10/13/16% Movement for the duration of the initial shield. If the shield is depleted within 5s by any means, Elegaunt becomes enraged and receives a new shield worth 20/25/30% Max HP for up to 5s plus 20/26/32% Armor Penetration for the duration of the secondary shield. [Mana] 150 [CD] 140/125/110

[Ability] "Giant's Power" - Elegaunt receives additional health equal to 175% of Bonus Attack Damage.

There's nothing really outstanding about this champion concept. The kit is skill after skill, instead of abilities working with each other. It's too simple. You should rework this. Put more time into it. It looks like you threw this together in less than a minute. Get a kit concept. Imagine what makes this champion worthy- and build into that one idea.

There's not even a "ignore unit collision" mechanic, despite it being a giant.
