ULTIMATE VOLIBEAR SKIN WANTED BY THOR

Volibear currently has only 1 good skin, which I believe is Thunder Lord Volibear. This is also his cheapest. He needs more and better skins. A legendary skin with actual, perhaps yellow lightning coming from his hands while using his Thunder Claws, Rolling Thunder, Frenzy , and other special effects, would really make him look a lot cooler and suit his title as the "The Thunders Roar". In fact, he is also becoming very popular in the jungle now, and he deserves a legendary skin. Otherwise, have a skin go out that is at least limited time, such as Ravenborn LeBlanc. Please vote below even if you don't believe he needs a better skin. Feel free to comment and share your thoughts

Captain Volibear is Number One. Better than Thunder Lord.

no, he is blue, white is better, looks more like a polar bear. The only cool thing is his mustache no special efffeccs

A good nice skin is different from a pricey skin, particle and all that, so you are saying you want a legendary tier(1850) skin and up so it has epic special effects and maybe even a new VO. What I am saying though is that Captain Volibear is a good skin without all that. You are a captain you run in and they follow initiate tank yadhah yadhah

I'm not saying its a bad skin, but I think special effects esp with the lightning claws and his taunt for zilean, etc, would make him look so much cooler in gameplay and abilities. Your argument can be countered by Rumble in The Jungle and Super Galaxy Rumble. In addition, Constable Trundle gave him special efefects, Cpatin did not.
