Today a pose a question, a simple one? How to stop mobility creep? As It seems It is not going away and creepers are getting stronger a camille seems to unvile.

Whos whole kit is made to torment mobile champions. Here are the ideas.
champ 1- Worm Tyrant-Melee tank
Design-A being of the void in design. Either a hulking mass of a being. Wurmish indesign.
This champ will be crafted with only disabling them in mind. total anti-mobility.
Passive-Enemies around the worm tyrant have a aura forced on them which drains there movement and attack speed.
Q-A on hit spell which disables their mobility moves. But, unlike cass's sad version, actually stays long enough to do something. Like hit them for a few.
W-Throwing a pile of worms which drain there hp. This way If they are hiding behind a shield they will be punished for It. This also will let Worm stay longer in combat since he will be fed their hp.
E-When worm is hit by a enemy at melee range they have their ad take a hit. This makes It harder to overpower with just a oversized club and forces them to have to try a poke and avoid a normal fight or get back up. (note this skill is toggable,but drains mana like a horse)
R-Worm grabs a enemy champ and gives them a toss. It has a long cooldown and wind up. But,when he does. They are at his mercy and can be beat on or tossed where he pleases.
Champ 2-Word speaker-middle mage (maybe jungler)
A lizard who has a lot of pages around her. ink dripping from tail.
passive-Speaker collects shards thou the map that everyone can see. If she finds 5 before she is slayed. She causes a kathus ult style silence for a total of ten seconds. However, she much collect five before she dies. So, It can be delayed.
Q-Speaker throws a small orb of ink. when it hits a target, the first takes damage and is slowed. Any behind It is just slowed.
W-Speaker steals the words of her tagert. Doing no damage but silencing them. The higher the rank the long the silence.
E-Speaker removes the silence. But does damage in the process. The lower the time left, the more damage caused.
R-Speaker does a aoe verson of her W. Take note, all who are effected by her R can have E used on them.
Champ 3-jingles-Marksmen (With ap) A deerish being, who runs around with a hood up and a offputting mask. Has lots of bells.
Passive-every second attack inflects ap damage.
R-Jingles throws a small bell in a area. when the Bell has another spell hit It. something happens.
Q-Jingles hits a area with a dust that causes Silence for a short time. When casted near a bell. The smoke does dps as well.
W-Jingles flips forward or backwards. Enemies cought in the flip are knocked back. When casted on a bell (Either off a bell or landing on one). Jingle's cause enemies to be slowed by a odd mist.
E-Jingles empowers the magic blade. When casted near a bell, jingles gains a poppy W like barrier in the area.
Note-the names are just place holders and the design are as well. I just was trying to pose a idea of anti-mobility and a few ways we could do It.
