Leveling champion mastery above 7!

Honestly getting to level 7 on a champion isn't that hard, and the only thing that can worry you is the BE costs now. It'd be cool if Riot implemented more levels for the champions (maybe even infinite like the new account leveling system).

So I'd like to share my idea for it, so you still get to level 7 as it is like now, but after it you need to complete these kind of "missions". For example, after level 7 to get to 8, you need to complete certain things like get X amount of games played on the champion, get X amount of kills or multi kills (like double,triple,quadra and penta kill). On the milestone levels, like 10 or 15, you'll need to have a certain kda, cs per game, wards placed and destroyed or tower damage done, for example for level 10 you'll need to have with Jax an average of 6/4/3 kda per game on more than 150 games on the champion, and on the higher levels the bar will rise and the kda you'll need to have will be higher and higher (all will be different for all classes or ways you play a certain champion, like Jax top or jungle, there will be some kind of way to identify it). Lets assume the leveling after 7 is free. Other method to level up (more boring one) is to be with mastery score. 100k for lvl8, 150 for 9 etc.

After all its just a cosmetic, but its a way to show off or determine the real good mains from the casual mains. I think its a great thing that can be added into the game and it wont affect anything badly, more like it'll even encourage people to grind more, which technically benefits Riot lul.
