Any new Jax skin coming soon (this season)?

I kinda want a simple answer like yes, no or "maybe soon" (In the next 6 months?). I'm not angry or anything about him not getting a good 1350/1820rp skin, I'm just curious if Riot has any plans or anything about a new skin for Jax.

I've been maining him since exactly one week before the warden skin came out and already have 400k+ on him with my 3 accounts total, and he's kinda becoming "boring" to me, I'm not gonna stop playing him but it'd definitely enjoy a new skin and will get me to play him with a lot more joy. He isn't a forgotten champion as well, people play him regularly and will probably buy the new skin and Riot should now be worried about their budget or anything like that.

I also understand that there's that thing with the particle effects, he doesn't have much to be done with his abilities except maybe his E, R and AA animations/sounds. A simple skin like a grave digger (with a shovel for a weapon) or anything similar that doesn't involve much particle effects would be nice as well.
