[Champion Concept] Currently un-named telekinetic dual-wielding swordsman
Takumi is a telekinetic dual-wielding swordsman. He would revolve around the idea that his Q activates his telekinesis augmenting his basic attacks and the next ability that he uses.
Visual:
Armour: Takumi wears light grey robes with blue accents in various places. When Takumi's telekinesis is active the robes react as if they are being pushed away from him by wind, revealing the light armour that he wears under them. Weapons Takumi carries 3 blades, 2 of which being his normal swords (similar to Yasuo's katana) that are used for his basic attacks and his un-augmented W. The third blade is much larger with all of the outside edges sharpened. This blade is what Takumi manipulates with his telekinesis and uses for the majority of his abilities(most notably his augmented ult).

Abilities:
Passive: TK Takumi's mana bar is replaced by a telekinetic charge bar(TK) that charges over time and is unaffected by mana-regen with the exception of monster buffs. TK also regenerates faster when near allied champions.
Q: Telekinesis (Togglable with a medium cooldown. After initial TK cost, Q drains TK while active.) While active basic attacks have a longer range and do slightly increased damage but attack speed is lowered. Takumi also gains a slight movement speed boost for 3 seconds after activation. Q augments the next ability used but goes on cooldown immediately after.
W: Upon activation Takumi deals damage in a cone(think Aatrox E without the travel time or CC). Augmentation: Takumi telekinetic-ly throws a swords dealing damage in a line, briefly stunning any champions hit and slowing minions/monsters. The sword then returns with a larger area of effect doing reduced damage to previously hit enemies and not applying CC.
E: Takumi marks an enemy causing them to take increased damage from Takumi. Augmentation: Takumi marks an Ally champion causing them to deal bonus true damage with their basic attacks while slightly reducing Takumi basic attacks.(In essence giving an ally one of his swords)
R: Takumi suspends a spinning sword in orbit around himself for 5-10 seconds dealing damage per second to all units hit. Augmentation: Takumi roots himself gaining armor and MR while controlling a larger spinning blade that does increased damage per second to all units hit. (think Vicktor's ult but without the speed debuff and with controls similar to that of new-Sion's ult but with better turning)
