Champion Mastery + a skin

Ok so with the champion mastery could we get a reward like a skin for a champion that weve mastered like after we reached the master of the champ but after we've reached it we get a skin for the champ butif we lose the master rank as the champ and we get back to the master rank where as we dont get another skin bc we already have had gotten the skin
