ok so in skarners back story it says that he is protecting a room just like fiddlesticks is so can we possibly see a champion come from both of the storys something he has been awakened from his slumber in 
story like ammumu parents or something or dad has been awakened something pls riot
Fiddlesticks doesn't really have a backstory. All we were ever told is that Fiddle was already captured and housed with caution within the Institute, but there was no real origin to his rise to power.
Skarner's probably guarding his kin but I don't expect us to see any new Brackern champion any time soon.
As for Fiddle... The guy's practically non-existent in the "new" runeterra
Old lore did it better there. Yes, I know, old lore is not chanon anymore, mimimi. Just saying. In Old Lore Fiddlesticks was created by a summoner, but after he got alive he went on a rampage and killed everyone. That's it. They locked him in the room. Skarner was part of the Brackern, or still is, and lived in Odyn Valley. Their race endangered when the runewars started and they dug themselves underground. Odyn Valley became the Crystal Scar, which is, as far as I know in Shurima Desert now, and Skarner was the first one to check out the surface, to look if the world still would be too dangerous for them. But this all is old lore and doesn't apply anymore, but still I think it's easier to understand the Champions if you know where their story began when they came out.
but all in all we all agree there should be a champion from there lore it like an easters eggs in tv shows
