Sicarumba- The Blackhole Mage
I was bored in chemistry so I did this. He's supposed to be a really hard scaling late game champion. I also wanted him to have a hyper complicated passive.
Sicarumbra
P- Mass Consumption Sicarumbra's AP equals ((Current AP) ((4/7) (level)) +(115/6)))= Actual AP
Q- Spaghettification (10/9/8/7/6) second CD Deals (50/100/150/200/250) (+.5/.65/.7/.85/1 AP) magic damage to all enemy units hit.
W- Spacial Strike (7) second CD Deals on hit effects. Deals (50/70/90/110/130)(+1 AD)(+.5 AP) magical and physical damage.
E- Gamma Ray Bursts (21/18/15/12/9) second CD 1st cast- dash in targeted direction. 2nd cast- dash half the distance of the first dash in the opposite direction of the 2nd targeted direction. Deals (50/60/70/80/90)(+1 AP) in the center of the cone, and half that in the rest of the zone.
R- Super Nova (120/90/60) second CD Place down a circle that after (2/1.5/1) seconds that deals (100/200/400)(+1/1.25/1.5 AP)(+1/2/3 AD) magic damage.
R- Passive: Sicarumba's abilities gain (100/200/300) units of range.
