Akali E Rework Concept

Alrighty, I posted a while back that Akali needed a ult range nerf, and they nerfed Akali's R range from 800 -> 700. Okay. However, they also changed Akali's E so it no longer proc's her Q, which made her E a slow, AoE basic attack. I've had this idea for a few days, and I just want to share it; the idea is to make Akali a little more fluid in how she does her combos.

Remove current Crescent Slash.

New E: Shadow Slash

Active: Akali's next Shadow Dance (R) deals (+20% AP) (+60% AD) and applies on hit effects. Passive: Shadow Slash's cooldown on kills or assists is reduced by half Cooldown: (15/13/11/9/7 seconds)
