A friend and I decided to make a champion concept based around a character he drew. Her name is Anyu.

Abilities

> Passive : Warm Coat > > Anyu's coat protects her from the cold reducing the effectiveness of slows by 15% + (1*lvl).


> Q : Club Toss > > Cooldown : 5 Sec > > Anyu's next attack, within 5 seconds, has it's range increased to 580 units and it's damage increased by 30%. Upon attacking, Anyu flings her club out planting it in the ground behind her target. While Anyu does not have her club, her attacks deal 10% less damage.


> W : Guarded Pursuit > > Cooldown : 10/9/8/7/6 Sec > > Passive : Killing an enemy unit grants Anyu a stack of Pursuit, up to 10. Each stack of pursuit grants 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/2% movement speed. > > Active : Consumes all stacks of Pursuit granting a shield that absorbs 10/12/14/16/20 damage per stack consumed, for 5 seconds. Movement speed increase persists while shield is active but is dependent on the percentage of shield remaining.

Upon landing, Anyu gains 10 stacks of pursuit and immediately attacks the closest enemy champion, dealing 50/75/100 + (30% AD) bonus damage.

Pretty cool concept, and the art looks like something right out of Naruto. As for some feedback, her abilities are pretty straightforward, but the slow on her E is really low. I feel like it should be JUST her next basic attack within that time that slows and increase the slow amount. Another thing is that her abilities really only buff her basic attacks. I make concepts too, and while I may not completely be able to avoid abilities that buff basic attacks, I leave try to cap it at 1 ability per concept. Maybe make Q a skill shot instead of a basic attack steroid, and maybe even put a slow or even a stun on it in that case. Last thing is on the W. The movement speed per stack feels extremely low, and it should be kept consistent. I would up it to 10 at all ranks and increase the shield's scaling, or at least give it a % maximum health scaling as well. The shield is tiny, especially considering who she might be up against, for example, a Sion, who not only has infinite health scaling and also a health based shield, and the ability to destroy a 200 health shield and then some with his engage. Sure, the damage blocked from her shield on that is great, but her dueling power right now is just weak compared to other top laners, her scaling is horrible considering the only ability that scales into late game at all is her ultimate, and she doesn't have a big enough shield to survive a burst combo or survive the dueling potential of other top laners. Look at Riven, who has a stun and a knock up, as well as the burst to kill her in that time frame and not care about the shield. Fiora, whose true damage and critical strikes will just ignore anything she does to survive. Sion, whose damage isn't the best, but his tankiness and crowd control, as well as an infinitely scaling shield and HP amount, make him able to take her easily even if she's ahead just because of the scaling she lacks. The passive is something interesting, but I would consider adding a bit more to it considering it's not always the most useful thing. Think about someone going into a PvP as her, and gets nobody on the enemy team who has a slow. If they don't build a Frozen Mallet or Rylai's, she doesn't have a passive. It's fine, but maybe add something extra to it, for example in addition every fifth basic attack applies a strong slow or even a stun to the target. It's a decent concept, and certainly not bad for your first one, but most existing champions could still use some tuning in these kinds of fields. She just feels kind of underpowered to me, considering some of her potential opponents.
