Skarner rework design
Q: X scissor Skarner slashes with his scissors 2 times in front of him to form the shape of an X doing x ad x ap dmg, every auto attack reduces its cooldown by 0.5 This move throws him a tiny bit in front, think half of riven's q with the first strike then second half with the second strike. W: Crystalline Exoskeleton Passive: gain x% amount of movespeed based on lvl Active: Skarner gains a 2 shields scaling of his bonus resistances mr x amount armor x amount After an ADC destroys the armor shield he will be attacking skarners hp for those of you who didnt know. E: Deadly stinger Skarner's lashes at its oppenent 3 times dealing %hp ad dmg. (Stinger animation) R: Crystale statue After a 1 sec channel skarner impales the ground with his stinger crystalizing the area in a cone in front of him, champions within the crystalized ground become slowed for 40% then 60% then 80% if they are still within the crystalized ground they become suppressed for 1.5 sec, Skarners next basic attack on the Crystailzed target does an additional X amount of DMG but free's the target. This attack does x amount of ap dmg on cast.
