New Ultra Tank Champ idea

I have an idea about a new champion who would conquer the world while maintaining tankiness. A lot of stuff I'll leave up to everybody else, but i have the abilities set. His passive: Weapon of the Protector. The champion cannot build attack damage, and instead his basic attacks deal physical damage equal to his total armor and magic resist combined (it's still reduced by an enemy's armor). I can already imagine the trolls. His Q: Punishment. This ability does true damage to target champion and doesn't have any base damage. It relies on this rule: 10 true damage for each kill the enemy champion has, and 1 for each cs. An ability more effective late game. His W: Assistant Guard. Passively, whenever the champion is near the summon of this ability, he gains a teeny bit of armor and magic resist. As an active, it summons a little minion that shares his passive but only a fraction of his armor and magic resist (not counting armor and magic resist gained by this ability's passive). His E: Shielding Aura. Charges up and at the end of the charge, releases a shock wave that grants a shield to all ally champions within the radius. The ability can be recast early to grant a smaller shield. And his Ult: Guardian. Upon activation it grants him large armor and magic resist (which unfortunately doesn't count for your summon) for a duration of time. So what do you guys think?

The passive would be ridiculously OP with 100% scaling on armor and magic resist. Build 6 thornmails and you can 1v5 an enemy team if they have a pure AD comp. Not to mention MR items give significantly less than armor items. Something like 25% for armor and 50% for MR would be good without being OP. So thornmail would give 25 AD, Randuins would give 17-18, Spirit Visage would give 27-28, etc.. While MR would be more effective scaling-wise, it's more expensive and doesn't give big AD like thornmail or frozen heart. Even stacking the highest MR item in the game would still be semi-OP, MR tank with 210+base AD on his auto attacks, completely unheard of on tanky builds.

The Q would also need a decent cooldown or a nerf, 200+ true damage every 2 seconds would be pretty bad. Also how would you level up this ability? Range? Cooldown reduction? Even more true damage?

His ult seems like it's basically an Alistar ult, but with resistances rather than straight up negation. Perhaps increasing your armor and MR by a Percentage of what you have, increasing as you level it up.
