Am I allowed to use custom skins

I do a little bit of streaming and I was wondering am I allowed to use custom skins and is it ok to stream with the custom skins on. I just want to make sure so I don't get in trouble.

I know they dont care about using custom skins, i believe they have stated that. I dont know about streaming. I dont see why it would be a problem if they support the use of custom skins.
