Character Creation: Cassidy the Thief

Hi All, I hope everyone is well.

I wanted to start this post by saying, I do not think we have enough characters in the game who are riding a mount. There should definitely be more noble steeds in the game.

You have a champ that steals ultimate's in the game, Sylas.

What about a champ that can steal individual spells or abilities of champions, but has at-least 1 or 2 abilities, that do not change? I really like the idea of a skill shot being a pistol for this champion.

With Cassidy riding his trusty steed, and his pistol by his side, he terrorizes the rift stealing abilities. He dashes onto champions he intends to rope/subdue. Properly aimed skill shots from his pistol are more than enough to finish his foes.

Edit:He could also steal a little gold every now and then. When he steals an ability and gold at the same time. Maybe stealing gold every now and then as a passive.
