Lemmy, The Greedy Merchant (Inspiration credited) (W.I.P, help wanted)

Lemmy, The Greedy Merchant Champion Concept
APPEARANCE:

- Has a button for an eye

LORE: Lemmy is a weird sort of fellow. Even the yordles in Bandle City can’t say much about him, since you left to travel the world as a merchant. Before he left he was nice, and gave discounts and sometimes free items to friends. But over his travels to other places, he became greedy, and doesn’t give any sales. Some people believe that some member from the Shadow Isles made him like this. He had made some bad relationships with civilians of Zaun, causing in a near death experience with Singed. This yordle has strayed too far away from his said hometown, Bandle City.

- Lemmy is a strong pick that can help the whole team, or to be pretty much useless. He works amazing by communicating with his team, like when he is using his Ultimate or when an ally needs a little more push in lane with a Q and W or buying an item
Passive: Merchant Bag - Allies are allowed to buy items from Lemmy’s merchant bag whenever they are near him. If you hold P when next to Lemmy you will open his bag for a buy. All items in Lemmy’s shop is under 2000 G. The items are exactly the same as the items at the normal shop, except only the ones under 1700, and the item’s prices are increased from anywhere from around 50-200 G. You can only start buying items after the 7 minute mark and you can buy up to two items at a time. If you buy one item, the cooldown is 2:30 minutes and if you buy 2 items, the cooldown is 3:30 minutes. Lemmy himself cannot buy from his own shop.
Q: Secure The Gold - Lemmy throws up a net of chains. The spot of where the net will fall is shown .4/.5/.6/.7/.8 _seconds before the net actually falls. If an opponent is captured by the net, they are snared for _1/1.5/2/2.25/2.5 seconds. Cooldown: 17/14/10/7/6 seconds
W: Enrich - Lemmy chooses one person to shield. The shield is equal to 10/15/20/25/30% of his current usable gold. Max shield health=500 hp. Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6
E: Luxuries - Lemmy throws gold in a line towards a direction of his choosing. If the trail collides with an enemy champion, the enemy champion wants more and walks up to Lemmy for 1.5 seconds, and Lemmy gains an empower auto-attack that slows for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds towards the taunted champion . Cooldown: 22/20/18/16/14 seconds
R: Greed - Lemmy gets greedy and all kills that his allies get, 25/35/45% of the gold is also given to him. For example, if a Leblanc get a kill and get 300 G for the kill, Leblanc gets 300 G and Ludwig gets 145 G. Although, if Ludwig dies during the duration, he loses all the gold and the killer gets 90% of the gold Ludwig got from the ult. THIS DOES NOT APPLY IF LUDWIG GETS A KILL. Cooldown: 130/110/90 seconds
As I said, this is just the beginning of the champion so far. I'm pretty sure most of you will think of a rework for his ult, which I can honestly agree with. If you wanna help me, comment below with your advice. Thank you!
