(Champion Concept) Daily Champ Concept Cheder's The Rune Golem
So this is another champ concept based off of some other ideas that I will eventually post out.
Damage: AP Primary Role: Tank
For now lets give our buddy a name and a gender, so lets make it fun.
Cheder, The Rune Golem
Passive:"Cheder's Paradox" While the golem prefers to be viewed in a "good" way, he feels a creeping doubt within himself. To live on he must kill, or absorb the magic of other beings. With each champion kill or assist Cheder grows stronger, but the longer he lives, the more he needs to absorb magic. The longer he goes without absorbing magic the more reckless he will become. Increasing his damage and lowering his defensive stats.
Rune Stones: When something dies the magic within is released to world, but with the right arcane knowledge one can take that magic and solidify it into a tangible source. Only a few know this forgotten art, Cheder is definitely one of those few. Every time a Champion ally or enemy dies within range of Cheder their magic is trapped into a runestone. Each collected Rune stone increases Cheder's Health Armor and Magic Resist by 2 (2.5/3/3.5).

So he has a permanent stat increase for each champion kill/assist. But if you go to long without absorbing magic from rune stones Cheder's armor and magic resist will lower, while his attack damage and ability power will increase. Once Cheder absorbs magic his stats will snap back to their "original" point.
**Q:**Arcane Smash- Cheder raises his rocky fists and slams target area to slow and damage in a line. This ability is a long range skillshot.
W: Cheder summons a shield of arcane magic (ap based) on himself, once destroyed the shield will enhance Cheder's auto attacks for the next few seconds.
so that when he is desperate for magic he can get it
**E:**Cheder may be a big slow golem but he is a master of magic. Cheder's E allows him to drop into earth and travel in a train of boulders to a target location before popping up, slowing, and damaging the area.
R: Cheder channels his magic for a massive strike, hunkering down he uses his body to form a loose cannon to release a large beam of arcane energy. The beam stops at the first target hit, if the enemy target dies, meaning Cheder absorbs their magic, the ultimate gains bonus damage and duration, champions increase the Damage of the ult when killed.
Passive: Each rank of Cheder's ult increases the stats gained from each stone.
Cheder has an interesting feel, being "a good guy" but also an insatiable monster that only trully cares about continuing his own existence.
LORE A magical golem brought to life when the Rune Wars broke out. A simple monolith to the old ways Cheder was ripped from stone and thrust into the world. Unlike other creatures who took their new existence as a curse, Cheder saw a chance to do good. In fact, Cheder worked for decades to ensure he can live on even when the magic might leave him. Rune magic, became his forte. Etching the ancient magic into his rocky form, his existence cemented Cheder began to work to learn the rights and wrongs of the world. Eventually discovering that for every action taken he shortened his magical reserves, he needed to sustain his demand for more magic. Of course this brought him to the League of Legends, the Nexus' magic palpable for miles. Every time Cheder takes down an enemy, he feasts upon their magic, growing stronger.
