[Champion Concept] Harpy
Development will come later today, (stuck with school projects) but wanted to get this going to keep myself motivated!
A vain self glorifying harpy character male or female can work i have art for both. Less Draven feel and more insecure about it, might work something for it becoming unpleasant looking when it ults.
I'm Thinking Support and tanky good engage and helps set up a teamfight, please give me some ideas for abilities as always i'm open to thoughts and excited!
Passive: Vain Pact Harpy plucks a feather and gives it to one ally allowing Harpy to use certain abilities to manipulate them.
Q: Public Eye Passive: Periodically Harpy will mark a new enemy causing the next ability used to taunt them.
Active: Harpy can pluck up an ally and reactivate to toss them a short distance.
W: Swoon Harpy dashes a short distance with a powerful stroke of their wings, if the gust hits an enemy they are knocked away from Harpy, as is an ally with the Vain pact passive applied.
E: Rake After a brief delay Harpy attacks targeted area raking all enemies hit and reducing their MR and causing (X) damage over the next (X).
R: Outcry Screeches in target direction massively slowing all enemies caught in cone.
I don't like the Q passive but I feel the kit needs alot of tweaking I enjoy the idea of Q active and W working to together similarly to a Tahm Kench. I'm not worried about "copycat" because the whole style will be different enough that it will end being "Oh you pick Tahm? well then i'll pick "Harpy" and do the same thing ha! :D
