Jugin, the Foreteller
Lore: Everyone has a chance. Some people get more. As for me, I get chances before anyone else. And I have to know how to use them. This is a gift, and at the same time a curse. People will die for my power. But I will keep it to myself, and pass it on to a worthy.
Abilities: Jugin is melee and resourceless
Passive: Visions: Every 15 seconds, Jugin becomes invulnerable and immobile for 0.7 seconds, and his vision is automatically redirected to a small area within 3000 units, which is revealed. This briefly reveals an enemy (usually champions) or anything else threatening that is coming in your direction. At the end of the 0.7 seconds, his vision returns to normal, a ping is automatically sent to that location, and he becomes mobile and vulnerable again. This effect will not occur if there is not a threat within the range.
Q: Wave of Will: Sends a small shockwave in a cone in front of you, dealing 60/75/90/105/120 +80% AP magic damage to all enemies hit, as well as knocking them back. Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds.
W: Protecting Guard: Teleports to a target ally champion and absorbs all damage that would to be dealt to them within 0.8/0.9/1/1.1/1.2 seconds. You can target yourself instead to gain a shield for 80/100/120/140/160 + 5% bonus health HP. Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds.
E: Prediction: Targets an area (about the size of a Karthus Q) and marks it. Enemies cannot see the mark. If an enemy were to be on the mark in 1-2 seconds, then it explodes and deals 80/100/120/140/160 +90% AP magic damage to the enemy. The mark disappears after 3 seconds. If it is a minion, then the cooldown is halved. You cannot target an area within 175 units of an enemy.Cooldown:16/15/14/13/12 seconds.
R: Foresight: Passively, you see spells and attacks on the map 0.5 seconds before they happen to you. If they involve movement, then you see that .5 seconds before as well. If timed precisely, you may activate this ability to become invulnerable for 0.7/0.75/0.8 seconds.Cooldown: 20/16/13 seconds.
