Riot is listening?..kinda

So, with the release of arclight yorick and beekeeper singed, it seems like riot might be listening to player skin ideas. Figured it would be a good idea to get together all of the most popular skins and pick out the most popular of those skins to make it easier for riot to find the good ones. So, scavenger hunt for the best skins i guess?
