NEW CHAMP CONCEPT
I guy with a sword and trowing knives. At lvl 9 or 10, the player gets to decide whether the champ should be ranged or melee. (Hes melee the first few lvls) Any ideas to add on?

literaly everything else about the kit...
before making one guy with a sword and...
"trowing knives"...
whatever those are...
at least make a Q or a W or even an ultimate...
but an OUTLINE of a passive...
at least some champ passive ideas seem really creative and fun and interactive...
you just have "make yourself melee forever or make yourself ranged forever. only works at level 9 or 10"
you might as well play 
if you want to play a character with melee and ranged atributes
