Skin Concept
Does anyone else agree with me that Deep Sea Fizz might be a pretty cool skin concept? All of his abilities will not really change appearance aside from colors and maybe particle effects of sorts, but the ultimate may be the thing with several different possibilities
Fizz himself may be of a darker color on his body. He may also have greyish eyes or something that shows a lack of sight because the lack of light deep in the ocean. Maybe even a part of him that bears a sort of resemblance to his "shark" (the Gulper Eel may be a terrifying choice if so)
