Can I use Warriors in a video? Does it fall under Riot's "legal jibber jabber"?

I've created a video for League of legends with a few songs from League of Legends Music. Legal jibber jabber says the community gets to use League IP and I assumed that applies to songs as well but youtube is claiming the Warriors section of my video. Does that piece of music not count? or do I need to counter claim it since it is league related and falls withing Riot's guidelines?

A red post would be very helpful on this.
