LORE _______ Was a Scientist in Zaun who studied Runterra's Ecology and Biology. He was Very Fascinated with anything and everything that under went any change or evolution. His research would lead him to many distant Places...Such as Shurima and Frejlord. One Day Along the Way of one of his studies He was observing An Odd Creature that looked completely other worldly. It was completely apparent it was in pain and was running away from something. Using One of the Experimental Traps He Got from the man he was Studying under, Viktor... An under known scientist in Zaun. When He captured the beast it was in a frantic uproar and _____ knew that the thing chasing this beast was close so he decided best to leave. He kept the creature Hide away from Viktor so he could study it.He Started to feed him small Animals and what not and noticed that in undergoes minor changes such as wings and sharper claws. But not of what caliber he would enjoy. One Day however, The Beast Shot out these Spike's out of what appeared to be its shoulder. Yet it was in a cage it still managed to aim and point appropriately. When ______ Took out the Spike it was covered in this venom that had clearly made him feel drowsy and slow.During this time of Slow like movement he reached for syringe that would heal the illness but instead grabbed a Rapid Evolution Shot He Had been working on for a while. However it was only in development.... It worked. It allowed him to feel things like never before he was smelling everything around him. But Before he could soak it in He blared a might roar and attracted Viktor from the neighboring room. Viktor had saw what he had become and then _______ Bolted out of a near by window. Viktor saw the beast in the cage and decided that he may conduct his own experiments. _______ Was disgusted by what the monster called evolution and he was determined to Become the Ultimate Apex Predator and Never be Out dated or beaten......And he will taste the blood of the self proclaimed King of Evolution AND God of Hunt........

Game play/Kit _______ Is a melee assassin who uses speed and his enemies to his advantage. making plays of of their positioning and his own. He will function simalar to Kha'zix But mildly different at the same time. He Would Be Good In the Jungle and For Top lane Sustain. And He can Even Go Mid Because of his mobility and can escape ganks.

Abilities/Skills

Passive: Evolution's Intuition Each time ______ Levels up a skill it undergoes physical changes.

Shredders Gut (Q)- Lowers Cool down by 1. Works with Cool Down Reduction. Does not apply when First Leveled. Each Level Cause A Change to his Fore Arm Claws Making them longer and more edged

Burst Of Will (W)- Increases the amount of movement speed and attack speed he gets from this skill. (15%/20%/30%/35%/45%) Gives These Scales on his Feet adn Hands

Apex Soar(E)- The Range and Wings they he grows upon Level up Increase in size and allow for greater range. (I don't Know What the whole range thing is about so ill say when its done it will be a little more than Kha'zix's Range) Grows These Monarch Wing.

Stealthy Stealth Strike(R)- The amount of time he can stay in stealth is increased. (3 secs/5 secs/7 secs) The Color of his hair changes all three times(Red/Blue/Black)

Shredders Gut-Q- A spell that can only be cast in a really close range. He strikes the nearby target with all his hunter might dealing(100/250/450/500/600) Physical Damage. This Damage is increased by 5% For each Nearby Enemy Champion(Maximum 20%/25%) CD-9/7/5/4/3

Burst Of Will-W- ______ Roars and he restores 10% of the damage taken previously(3 sec) But can only heal physical damage. After He Roars _____ Gains a Burst of Speed that is equal to the stack that is applied by his Passive(15%/20%/30%/35%/45%) CD-18/15/13/10/7

Apex Soar-E- ______ grows his wings and Goes A difference range that is specified by the range on screen and passive (SRRY I dont know how to do range, But it gettes pretty big)This Cool Down Resets upon Champion Kill/Assist CD-15/13/10/8/6

Stealthy Stealth Strike-R- ______ Stealths for a duration of time specified by passive. This stealth diminishes when he Targets a Champion. When in stealth he pounces on a Enemy Champion and Stuns the target for 3 secs and Strikes a Consecutive of times Dealing(500/750/850) Physical Damage And does 10% more for How much life they are missing. If His Ult Kills An Enemy Champion He Pounces To the closest nearby Enemy Champion untill either he is killed/Doestn Kill The Enemy/No Other Enemies in Range. CD-120/90/70

I came here expecting a Champion concept on one of Viktor's acolytes and was surprised when you made this guy so close to Kha'Zix.

Regarding lore, apart from the awkward setup of the text, it seems off. Kha'Zix evolves by devouring other creatures on his own, so the fact that someone else directed his evolution for him feels like a huge part of his character is being destroyed in this. It also makes Kha feel less like an actual independent character and instead a background or supporting one, something I don't think any Champion in this game should, or ever will, be. Seeing as how Kha'Zix is my favorite character in League though, maybe I'm being a little too defensive about him.

The kit needs massive revisioning, as it's literally just a copy of Kha'Zix's with maybe a little Rengar mixed in. You should also check your math; the numbers on the cooldowns aren't consistent.

  • Passive: I don't understand the purpose of his passive. The passive just seems to function like when any Champion ranks up their abilities, increasing the stats on the ability and whatnot. I think I see what you're saying though in that it allows subtle changes on the tools used for the abilities to grow/change, which sounds aesthetically neat. Perhaps the passive can be something like: On Q: Increases its range bit by bit until it's reached +X amount. On W: Increases duration of MS & AS boost by a small amount of time On E: Fine as it is On R: Relatively fine I suppose
  • Q: If you're going to do numbers for damage, you should really look at existing Champions for reference. As it stands, this guy's Q at max level does similar damage to many ults in this game. Not to mention the average starting numbers for damage on abilities ranges between the 30s to 80s, while yours is a ridiculous 100 at rank 1.
  • W: Is just Rengar's W. Kinda boring as well from the looks of it. Also, an assassin is usually defined by burst damage, and the sustained damage boost doesn't mesh with the rest of this kit.
  • E: Same as Kha'Zix's E and Tristana's W. There's nothing new about this, and that contributes to why this Champions sounds pretty dull to play.
  • R: First, look at the name you gave this ability. I'm not sure how serious you are with this, so if this is a joke concept, I'm just critiquing for no good reason. Second, again, it's just a combination of Kha'Zix and Rengar without any originality to it.

Seeing as, as I said before, this is basically just Kha's skillset, I would strongly advise you redo the whole thing. I would also suggest you focus more on this guy being a student of Viktor rather than some guy who saw Kha'Zix. What could a machine assassin do? How could you make his abilities feel like they're influenced by Viktor while still playing the assassin role?

And a nerd moment from me. I have a high interest in entomology (the study of insects), so when I read this guy's quote regarding Kha evolving wings, I just got the urge to inform you of this: flies are actually the most morphologically advanced of all insects, and one of the most morphologically advanced organisms on the entire planet. If you actually look at how a fly works, they put most other flying creatures to shame. I also say this because, seeing as how this guy's a supposedly good scientist, I thought he should be savvy to this information. *Especially * if he worked with insects like Kha'Zix.
