Okay. So ive been thinking about this lately and I would like to know if it would be allright of Riot could make Skin/Champion sales work with Ip. I would also like to know why they haven't implemented this yet?

I don't understand what you don't understand about it. It's so people who don't buy a lot of skins due to the price, will sometimes buy skins when the price is lower. Micro-transactions is Riots model for LoL, and Skin/Champion sales are a technique to make new customers of those who think skins are too expensive.

The sale won't do what they want if they just sell them with IP, nobody will ever buy RP and their entire income is gone. Well, most of the income; people still buy icons and LCS tickets.
