Champion Skin Sales/Champion Sales
Okay. So ive been thinking about this lately and I would like to know if it would be allright of Riot could make Skin/Champion sales work with Ip. I would also like to know why they haven't implemented this yet?

I don't understand what you don't understand about it. It's so people who don't buy a lot of skins due to the price, will sometimes buy skins when the price is lower. Micro-transactions is Riots model for LoL, and Skin/Champion sales are a technique to make new customers of those who think skins are too expensive.
