Vault Breaker Singed

Ive had this idea for singed for a long time since singed is one of my favorite champs and he loves to run and have his enemies chase him I thought a thief or a vault Breaker or bank robber skin would fit him pretty well. So the ideas I'm having with this skin is that he has a bag of money as his poison tank he has one of those black mask things on and his clothes are the classic black and white stripes portrayed in old movies for robbers and his sheild is a vault door. For abilities his poison can be a trail of money that flies behind him as he's running, his glue can be oil slick which is portrayed in old movies that thief's use for get aways, and with his ult it could do a alarm sound or a KACHING sound then police sirens so it like he's being chased by Police. Just a neet little idea I had seeing as how I love to play Singed and figured this would be an amazing idea for a skin for him with so much change with it it would prob be a 1350 skin which tbh Singed needs since he has only one skin that changes alot about him.
