Kadarin questions

So lately ive been hearing about a possible champ for the future named Kadarin who was made by a fan who got the chance to visit riot and design him with a member of riot because total biscuit gave his prize for making a champion to make-a-wish foundation and ive found as much as i can about him. But the thing is i wanted to know from a riot member is their a likely chance that will see him in the game cause i mean he seems pretty important seeing as how he was a make-a-wish champ that took a few days to design and that the person worked with a riot member to make him and not to mention he would be an amazing asset to have in the game seeing as how a non mana using adc would really change how adc players see bot lane and i know he would take a lot of tweaking to be a balanced adc but still im sure im not the only one who would like to see a non mana based adc, that and his story is amazing and really fits into the theme of league so im hoping i get a response because im behind this champs concept all the way and im sure im not the only person.
