Splashes not Matching Champions

So in a recent patch Cho'gath's splash was updated . It looks awesome! The only problem is that in game...he looks nothing like that. Does Rito plan on giving cho some sort of update in the near future? SIde Note: Maokai Needs a splash and texture update , and Malphite Still looks like a walking turd in game xD. Agreed?
