Ranked 5 looking for CONSISTENT ADC

Our team Name is called Genetiks (very mlg sounding). Our Team Captain is IXCEL he is our support. Our adc(s) is a silver and gold 5 but unfortunately they are inconsistent when coming on and playing with the team. You must have skype or curse voice and be willing to take constructive criticism from our team captain. We want to at least play enough to get the cool ward skins and other awards. And our players are on a decent amount of time. Practices are Tuesdays and Sundays. Preferred silver 4 or higher. The rest of the team is Gold 5 Top Laner (Me), Silver 2 Mid Laner, Gold 5 SUpp, and Plat 4 jungler. I look forward to hearing from you. Feel free to add me if you would like to join.
