will the "Ruined King" ever be a champion??? i think that would be a cool unique and grate way to connect item and champion lore together :)

There already is some item-champion lore, incidentally.
Ionian Boots of Lucidity Sejuani's gauntlet is the Seeker's Armguard. Gangplank wears the Dead Man's Plate on his default skin and splash. Sunfire Cape has the emblem of Shurima on it.
That's just off the top of my head.
