Champion Concept: Veta, the Magician of Mischief

Lore: Veta is a yordle originating from Bandle City. Veta was a strange child who rode a gray line between good and evil. He looked up to Veigar Veigar as a leader or role model, but there were some things that he did that Veta refused to do. He practiced very similar magic to Veigar Veigar but with less destructive force. Veta dislikes killing others, but he doesn't mind causing problems to others. He is notorious in Bandle City for his seemingly endless number of pranks. He has made people see things that aren't really there or not see things that are there. He's made people fall asleep, feel dizzy, trip, etc. The point here is that he is very much disliked. He also likes to tamper with other people's things. Heimerdinger Heimerdinger has caught him more than a couple times trying to sabotage his projects. There was a point where the yordles of Bandle City were getting really tired of Veta's pranks. They decided that he was becoming too much of a problem. After given a chance to stop, which Veta replied with a bombardment of pranks, Veta was banished from Bandle City and was forced to go elsewhere. Veta now roams Valoran, spreading his mischief around the world, including in the league.

Description: Veta is small, like yordles are, with a bushy tail like a squirrel's coming out from behind his blue cloak. He carries a small black wand to cast his magic and a pointed wizard's cap. His fur is a grayish-white color. But other than that, he looks like a normal yordle.

Passive - Illusory armor: When a nearby ally champion or Veta is slowed, stunned, snared, grounded, knocked up, silenced or any other form of crowd control, they get bonus armor and magic resist while they are under the crowd control. Armor and magic resist gained scales with Veta's level. Q - Mystic Box: Builds up charges (max 3). Veta lobs projectiles which after they hit the ground, they do a little damage and snare targets in a small area. Multiple shots do not stack if target is already snared. Leveling up this ability increases damage and snare time. W - Small Terror: Veta terrifies any enemy champion who is facing him. Instant cast. Leveling up this ability increases the duration. E - Chilling Air: In a small area, Veta casts the illusion that it has suddenly become extremely cold, dealing a little damage and slowing enemy champions. Leveling up this ability increases damage and slow amount. R - House of Mirrors: Veta selects himself or an allied champion. The champion gets increased movement speed and grows larger. Any damage dealt to that champion is reduced by a certain percentage and that same percentage is reflected back at the champion that damaged the allied champion. This ability lasts for a few seconds. Leveling up this ability increases duration and the percentage reflected/reduced.
