Please keep in mind that this is my first champion concept and I have no clue how to put scaling on so that it is balanced. Please comment so that I can fix the scalings so that they are more reasonable. And of course, all other comments are also welcome. Thanks :)

Lore: Professor Exol was a professor at the College of Techmaturgy in Zaun. It was there that he taught and learned of genetic splicing, the combining of two or more organisms via genetic engineering. On top of learning how to perform this scientific act, he thought of different ways in which he could use this to better Zaunite soldiers. He began researching multiple different creatures in search of the best organism to use to make these soldiers. He traveled all over Valoran in search of an organism to begin testing. It was then that he stumbled upon a seer in the Shurima Desert known as Malzahar Malzahar. MalzaharMalzahar looked upon Exol and saw potential and wisdom. He told Exol of the void and the creatures who live there. Fascinated by these creatures, Exol wished to see these creatures and collect samples so that he may begin his experiment. MalzaharMalzahar gladly obliged and provided the professor with terrible visions of the void. Exol was both terrified and delighted with these images. He saw what these creatures were capable of which was exactly what he was looking for. Exol continued to press MalzaharMalzahar for more and MalzaharMalzahar granted his wishes. Exol saw almost every void creature he could have possibly imagined. Exol then began a short list of the creatures that he would require from the void. MalzaharMalzahar saw the sacrifices that these creatures will have made would be justified. He came back to Exol after several days with the dead void creatures. Exol took many samples of these creatures and went back to Zaun. In Zaun, he first tested his experiments on poros. Satisfied with the results of the poros, he then decided to go bigger. He decided that the best way to try his experiment was to test it on other humans. The first trials were catastrophic and killed the host. He tried for months to perfect this process until there was a terrible accident. Someone had sabotaged his equipment and he ended up splicing himself with the void creature. The splicing between him and the void creature were unsuccessful. Although Exol did survive, only certain parts of his body had been spliced. He was now a walking half human half voidling monstrosity. He tried to revert the process, but no matter what he tried he could not get his old body back. And now, the genetic mutations that were inflicted have been giving him strange urges to devour everything in his path. He can resist this urge for the most part but there are times that he cannot control them. With his new body, however, he found that experimentation had never been easier. He now had extra hands--or tentacles rather--and discovered how to manipulate the powers of the void through his transformation. With this new enhancement, he picked up from where he left off and continued experimenting until he had perfected the procedure at last. He joined MalzaharMalzahar later in the Cult of the Void as MalzaharMalzahar's right hand man as a teacher. He mostly preaches about the void and its awesome power and the inevitability of Armageddon to recruit new followers for the cult. He joined the league to further test his enhancements in combat and to increase the followers of the cult.

Description: Professor Exol is a half human half void creature. He is a fairly short and feeble man with a hunched back. Five tentacles have sprouted on his back, his eyes have turned completely green and parts of his body, mainly his right arm, have been totally corrupted by the void and is now just purple void energy. His legs are large, muscular, and scaly. His skin is pale and his mouth is riddled with sharp teeth and pincers on his cheeks. His left arm is still humanoid as is his torso and upper face. His vocal cords have been warped to sound extremely raspy and demented. He sounds more like a creature from the void than a human.

Passive - Urge to Consume: After 10 seconds, Exol's next auto attack or ability does 15-100 (+20% AP) true damage to all targets damaged by the ability or auto attack

Skill 1 - Apply Sedatives: Costs 70/75/80/85/90 mana. 18/17/16/15/14 second cooldown. Exol opens a portal and after a short delay, energy shoots out from it dealing a 60/90/120/150/180 (+20% AP) magic damage and stunning all targets for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.

Skill 2 - Prepare the Samples: Costs 40/45/50/55/60 mana. 16/15/14/13/12 second cooldown. In a cone in front of him, Exol stretches and swings his energy arm dealing 50/90/130/170/210 (+50% AP) magic damage to all enemies in the cone and reducing their magic resist by 15/17.5/20/22.5/25% for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds and slows for 15/20/25/30/35% of their movespeed for the same amount of time.

Skill 3 - Injection: Costs 60/65/70/75/80 mana. 10/9/8/7/6 second cooldown. Exol fires a skillshot with his tentacles which pierces through all enemies. There is a short delay of .35 seconds before the shot is fired and enemies can see the line of fire during this time. Deals 75/125/175/225/275 (+60% AP) magic damage.

Skill 4 - Execute Experiment: Costs 150 mana. 120 second cooldown. In a large area, a zone of void energy appears around Exol for 3/4/5 seconds and all enemy units take 100/175/250 (+25% AP) magic damage per tick and are slowed for 40/45/50% of their movement speed. Exol cannot move, cast abilities, or auto attack while channelling this ability.

Play-style: Professor Exol is a mid laning immobile mage. During the laning phase, maxing Injection would probably be best since it has the most poking potential and the most damage output. Injection will also be helpful for farming since it has a large range and pierces units, which can also be used to poke if the champion you're fighting is someone like Nidalee Nidalee where her spear stops at the first target it hits. In the late game or roaming phase, he can help in team fights by reducing the mobility of the enemy team with his ult and dealing large amounts of damage. As for builds, just build lots of AP. All of his abilities scale off of it and he's suppose to turn into a hyper carry later in the game.

Overall Stats: Health: 500-1850 Health Regeneration: 5.9-15.3 Movement Speed: 345 Attack Speed: .6 (+0% - 20%) Attack Damage: 55 - 108 Armor: 25-85 Magic Resist: 35 Ranged: 525 Mana: 380 - 1100 Mana Regeneration: 6 - 19.6

Miscellaneous: Taunt: "Your bodies are so inferior, so... fragile" Joke: "Your flesh will taste so good... wait, what? That's disgusting! That doesn't sound like me." Dance: (With his energy arm, turns it into a lasso and twirls it above his head) Laugh: (Laughs sinisterly, coughs, then chuckles with a normal human's voice)

Again, please keep in mind that this is my first champion concept so don't criticize too harshly please. Thanks :)

this a pretty cool concept in my opinion. cool lore. his kit seems crazy though. 3.5 seconds aoe stun is insane. only ashe has a stun like that on her ult, and hitting it from afar is hard. W and E look fine. R is really strong. up to 2450 magic damage plus 200 true damage(this without scaling) and you have that super long stun that makes it pretty easy to lock down an enemy in. I don't think there are other problems except that(or at least I don't see them^^).

I like the lore. Establishes what kind of person he is and his goals and such pretty clearly.

The kit is a bit...much.

The passive might actually be alright, it's not bad considering his theme.

Q- Uh, the damage is waaaay to low for how long the cooldown is (particularly the scaling), and the stun is way too long, especially since it's an AOE stun. So you need to work on this one.

W- Not a bad skill. Though I'd honestly lower the magic resistance reduction a bit. 35% of total magic resistance is a lot, particularly for tanks.

E- This looks alright. Base damage and the ratio are alright.

R- This skill is just waaay too strong. The base damage is enormous and the scaling is way too high. Combine that with the movement speed slow, and I'd say an enemies caught in it are going to take 2-3 tics of damage, which is going to be a lot. I'd say pull back pretty hard on the base damage and cut the scaling by 1/3rd or so. Considering that it procs his passive too, it's just waay to much. In 7 seconds that's a 4.2 AP ratio.

Overall, I like the concept and the lore. But the kit really needs some work.

Just a quick note, while I was writing this, I was thinking about his lore and thought to myself that the part where he experimented on poros could be the poros that Malzahar summons in Malzahar's Snow Day skin. Also he would be responsible for the void skins for Fizz and Illaoi. Just something interesting that I thought of.

I fixed most of the stuff... still not sure if that was enough.
