Miles, The Veteran

Passive: Bullet proof: Miles takes 0.5% less damage per level from ranged auto attacks, starting at 1% reduction.

Q:Trigger happy/Bullet unload Range: 1000 Cost:25/30/35/40/45 mana Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7

Miles shoots a projectile dealing physical damage to the first enemy hit. Auto attacks add an additional stack up to 4 stacks. trigger happy has a 0.5 second cool down per stack. After using all 4 stacks Trigger happy will go on cool down.

Miles shoots a projectile dealing 30/50/90/120/150 (+35% Attack damage)

W:Frag out/Missle launch Range: 825 Cost:20/25/30/30/30 mana Cooldown:23/20/15/12/9 Miles throws a grenade that explodes on impact dealing physical damage to all enemies in the area and grounding them.

Miles throws a deadly grenade that explodes on impact dealing physical damage and grounding all enemies hit for 1/1.25/1.150/2.00/3 seconds dealing 70/100/140/180/220 (+100% Attack damage)

E:Army role/Sound barrier Range:650 mana Cost:25/20/15/10/10 Miles quickly dashes a short distance. while in army role all debuffs will not effect Miles.

R:Killstreak Range:35000 Cost:150 mana Cooldown:180/140/100 seconds Miles calls in a Fighter jet that he can control for 10/15/20 seconds. If the fighter jet goes out of the range, dies, or if Miles dies during the time he is controlling it, it will explode slowing all enemies in the area. After the duration or if Miles reactivates KIllstreak it explodes dealing 200/400/600 (+120% Ability power) (+50% Attack damage) to all enemies in the blast zone. If Miles gets a kill or assist while Killsteak is on cool down it will reduce the cooldown by 10 seconds.

Bullet unload: Range:1100 Cost:0 Cooldown: 7/6/5 seconds

Miles shoots a round of 15 powerful bullets out of the Jet over 3 seconds dealing 15/20/25/30/35 (+20% Attack damage) per bullet. If Miles lands all 15 bullets the next attack will deal double damage.

Missle launch: range:750 Cost:0 Cooldown: 5/4/3

Miles fires a missile at a targeted enemy dealing 80/90/130/170/200 (+50% attack damage) and grounding them for 2 seconds

Sounds barrier: Range:2000 Cost:0 Cooldown 25/23/20/18/13

Miles flies the jet to a targeted area breaking the sound barrier dealing 100/130/160/200/240 (+30+ Bonus attack damage) to all enemies hit.
