Champion idea Acies (latin word for Battle) mid ranged marksmen, no mana

Passive-Aimful: A kill grants him 2 stacks and an assist will grant him 1 stack, towards his Aimful, Apon death Acies looses half of his stacks.
Passive-Out of ammo: Acies has no more ammo (Idk what to put, but basically he doesn't have an auto attack)

Q-Casualty: Acies fires a powerful Bullet, hitting the first enemy dealing 30/50/80/120/180 (+60/70/80/90/110% AD) Casualty can apply on hit effects, and heals Acies for 10/30/60/80/110(+ 15/20/25/35/40% of his ad) Passive: The more attack speed Acies has, the less of a cool down casualty is on. (1000 units) 8s/6.5s/5s/4s/2.5s (critical strikes are only 150% effective)

W- Inferred:Acies scans the area around him, if any enemies have stepped near that area in the past 3 minutes it shows their trail. Red- less than a minute ago, orange 1-2minutes, and yellow 2-3 minutes ago. lasts for 5 seconds (This does not work with invisible units) (500 units) 25s/20s/15s/12s/10s

E- Escape: In combat Acies dashes a short distance, out of combat Acies dashes a short distance and gains 20% movement speed for 3 seconds. 20s/18s/15s/13s/10s

R-Shrapnel: Acies throws up to 5 grenades, 0.5 second delay in-between, after all grenades have been placed down he can reactivate it to dentate them all. If a grenade hits an enemy, they will be grounded for 3 seconds and slowed by 20%. Each grenade deals 120/160/230 (+100%AD) (champions and monsters hit by multiple grenades takes 50% damage per additional grenade) 60s/40s/25s
