ETA on SSB Skins?

Hey there. With the regular having been over for a while. I was wondering when we'll be getting the skins for the Samsung WHITE world champions? Also on a similar note. Does anyone know where I can find the Star Horn Royal Club summoner icon? I saw a bunch of the other teams' icons in the shop, but no SHR.
