[GAMEPLAY] Ward trinks Not Greyd Out When On Cooldown.

Hey there. I've noticed in the two games I've played since patch 5.12 that the ward trinket picture, when on cool-down, is not greyd out. This is a Clarity bug that makes it take more time to find out that your wards are on cool down.

How to get this bug: Buy a ward trinket. Use it. And then notice that the trinket's picture is not greyd out to show it is on cool down, even thought there is a slight tinge of a clock line. This happens on both basic ward trink and on upgraded ward trink. Thank you.
