Rework for the Aurelion sol rework
I made another post where I talked about his rework in 9.17 but I’m reporting my ideas for changes here to see if I can reach a developer and maybe get Aurelion fixed.
As for my personal recommendations I feel that the changes to the Q are completely fine. While For the W I would keep the “let it rip” part of the ability, but make it decay back to the original active speed and have it active until the player deactivates it (make it a toggle that has an enhanced startup), I would also remove the W’s speed increase, i feel that it causes more problems then benefits. Then for his E I would keep the changes, but I would add the movement speed passive back on to it. And other then that I don’t really have a problem with anything else.
And for those who might think this is unbalanced I feel differently, I think that by giving him a enhanced startup on his W while leaving it a toggle will make him both a burst and combat mage hybrid. Thus making him like other mages but still keeping his unique battle style of sustain/ pursuing damage. This will not only help him keep up with the meta but also not make him the meta. Additionally there is one commonality in the Aurelion community, that his W should not have been changed, while I do agree, the concept of the increased star speed is interesting so I propose that they are combined.
