Abilities:

Q)Shark Frenzy

Symph sends a shark swimming in a direction, chomping on anything in its path.

Ability Passive: Swimmingly

Every 11 seconds Symph summons a shark that circles around her. Max amount of sharks she can summon are four. When Shark Frenzy damages a champion, cooldown is reduced to 3 seconds.

Damage:20/40/60/80/100 (+70% of maximum AP) Cooldown:6 Mana:30

W)Underwater Whirlpool

Symph creates a Whirlpool which slows any enemies within it by 99% and leaves the enemy wet for 5 second, if combined with Eelectricfying it stuns the enemy for 1 second.

Cooldown:13/12/11/10/9 Mana:70

E)Eelectric

Symph throws a electric eel that latches on to the enemy dealing 50 damage, reactivate to have the eel electrify the enemy which deals 20 damage.

Damage:50/60/70/80/90 (+50% of maximum AP) Electric Damage:20/30/40/50/60 Cooldown:10/9/8/7/6

R)Golden Sea

Symph summons a golden whale that rises from the sea and swims in the direction it is commanded to go to, and any enemy's in the path of the whale will be knocked out of the way and on to the side of the whale dealing (200) damage, the whale stops swimming when it has reached the end of the map or by recasting the ability.

Damage:200/250/300 (+60% of maximum AP) Cooldown:110/100/90 Mana:130/140/150

Passive:Puffer

Every four basic attacks Symph will throw a puffer fish that deals 50 plus magic damage( based on maximum ap).
