Riot, you should create a testing game mode

This game mode would be where you have infinite money and you just go and test out new builds and new tactics for improving your own gameplay. For example I have been wandering if gangplank's Q procs on spell and on hit effects, but I have no where to test it immediately. And i know what youre thinking "Why dont you just use a custom map?", well I dont want to farm till im able to get the items to test out the build. So thats why in this game mode you have infinity gold and just test it on comps. and minons, where instead of custom you have to grind to get the items.
